Bio: Reymundo is a 2020 graduate of the University of Texas at Austin where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a Certificate in Advanced Materials Engineering. He is from Mission, Texas, and he attended PSJA North Early College High School where he graduated in 2016. While at PSJA North, Reymundo competed in Science UIL and Cross Country & Track. He also took advantage of PSJA’s dual enrollment program with South Texas College and graduated with an associate's degree in Applied Physics. During his time at UT, Reymundo has been involved in undergraduate research in Texas’ Nanoscale Design and Additive Manufacturing Laboratory. He was also an active member of their community’s University Catholic Center and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) chapter. Outside of the classroom, Reymundo works toward becoming an entrepreneur and finds ways to give back to his community. During his downtime, he likes to run, go fishing, travel, or spend a day on the lake with his dog Sammie.
