Bio:  Eric Guajardo graduated from PSJA Memorial High School in 2012 and Harvard University in 2016, receiving a B.A. in Economics with a secondary in Psychology. He currently is a Senior Associate at Perspective, connecting innovative healthcare companies and leaders to the latest thinking, methods, and resources to inform an organization’s most important asset: human capital. He was formerly a Senior Associate in the Houston office of Heidrick & Struggles, a global retained executive search firm focusing on C-level and Board placements as well as leadership consulting. Eric is also involved with the EMERGE Fellowship Program, a Houston-based program seeking to empower and prepare high-performing, low-income high school students to attend and graduate from selective colleges across the nation. He is fluent in Spanish. In his spare time, Eric enjoys spending time with his dog, Ducky.
