Bio: Ana Guadalupe Vielma graduated from the Pharr Oratory of St. Philip Neri School in 2016. At St. Edward's University, she became a McNair Scholar and graduated with honors a year early with a B.A in Psychology and a minor in Music. She enrolled in a PhD program for Educational Psychology at the University of Texas at Austin in the fall of 2019. Her research focuses on the sociocultural factors that influence academic performance and outcomes in minorities.
